Our story
George G. Berman was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1928, graduated from the University of Miami, and moved to Broward County in 1958. Under the name Newmar Building Corporation, he built residential and commercial properties across Broward and Palm Beach Counties. His son, David Berman, builds under the Newmar name today and holds his real estate license alongside Josh Berman at Newmar Brokerage, LLC. The Bermans are proud to carry on the Newmar legacy of dependable quality and personable service.
