1. Who we are
Newmar Brokerage, LLC is a Florida real estate brokerage, license CQ1062609.
This policy explains what we collect through newmarbrokerage.com, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
You can reach us at (305) 517-1014(305) 517-1014 or hello@newmarbrokerage.comhello
@newmarbrokerage.com. Our mailing address is 1717 North Bayshore Drive, Suite 212, Miami, FL 33132. Newmar Brokerage, LLC
2. What we collect
What you give us. When you contact us, request a tour, ask for a flyer, save a search, or opt in to text messages, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you write in the message.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, and what you send us.
What is collected automatically. We use analytics that set no cookies and do not follow you to other websites. What we see is aggregate — which pages were viewed, which site sent you here, roughly what region you were in, and what kind of device you used. We cannot identify you from it.
Spam protection. Our forms use a bot-detection service that receives your IP address and basic browser signals so it can tell people from automated submissions.
Property information. The listings on this site come from our own records and from the multiple listing service, through our IDX provider. That information is about buildings, not about you.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or government identification numbers through this website, and we ask you not to send them to us through a form. Call us instead if you think that we may have some need for this information; again, our number is (305) 517-1014(305) 517-1014.
Newmar Brokerage, LLC
3. How we use it
To answer you, and to do the brokerage, leasing or property management work you asked about.
To send you the property information, flyers or search results you asked for.
To send text messages, if — and only if — you opted in.
To understand in aggregate which pages and properties draw interest, so we can make the site better.
To keep the site from being overrun by automated submissions.
To meet the record-keeping obligations we have as a licensed Florida brokerage.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for targeted advertising. We do not give it to data brokers.
4. Third parties that process data for us
Vercel hosts the website and keeps server logs, which include IP addresses.
Plausible Analytics receives aggregate, cookieless page-view data.
Cloudflare Turnstile receives your IP address and browser signals when you submit a form, so it can block automated submissions.
Neon stores the inquiry you submit — your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and your message — in our database, so that we have a record of it and can answer you.
Resend delivers the contents of a form you submit to us by email.
Realtors Property Resource® (RPR®), a service of the National Association of REALTORS®, receives the address you enter in our home value tool so it can return an estimate.
Some pages on this site, including Home, Contact, the property search and listing pages, show maps from OpenStreetMap. When one of those pages loads, OpenStreetMap’s servers receive your IP address and basic browser information so they can send the map images.
Clerk Chat receives your phone number and the messages themselves, if you opted in to text messages. It is possible that you may also receive text messages as a means of direct communication about a particular transaction from your engaged real estate professional if you have signed an agreement for our brokerage to represent you in that transaction — and, even then, we would have asked that you sign a consent form to communicate via text.
When you view a listing, your browser loads its photographs from the image servers of our multiple listing service’s data provider, which receive your IP address and basic browser information.
WhatsApp, which Meta operates, carries any message you send us through it, and WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy govern your use of it. We keep our own copy of the conversation in our records.
Microsoft 365 carries our business email, including any correspondence with you, and we use it to store our company’s data on SharePoint.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it to anyone for their own marketing purposes.
If this business is sold, merged, or reorganized, the records we hold would transfer to the buyer or successor as part of the business. That is a transfer of the business, not a sale of your data, and the successor would be bound by this policy as it stood when the information was collected, until you are told otherwise.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, in response to lawful process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect anyone’s rights or safety. To tell us that material on this site infringes your copyright, follow the procedure on our Copyright notices page (newmarbrokerage.com/dmca).
5. Retention
We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as we need them to do the work and to meet our obligations as a licensed brokerage. Florida law requires real estate brokers to keep their business records for at least five years (section 475.5015, Florida Statutes), and we keep them longer when a dispute or legal hold requires it. We reserve the right to retain or delete data upon the natural expiration of our statutory retention requirements. An inquiry you submit through this site is held in two places: our database and our email system. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it from both — unless Florida’s record-keeping rules require us to keep it. Where they do, we stop using your information for marketing and for our own business purposes, and we keep it for one reason only: so that we can produce it to the Florida Real Estate Commission or the Department of Business and Professional Regulation if we are required to. We will tell you when that applies to you, and why. If you agreed to receive text messages from us, we also keep the record that you agreed and that you withdrew, so that we can show we honored your choice. We use it for nothing else. A conversation you start with us on WhatsApp is kept in our records, and deleted from them, on the same terms as an inquiry. We cannot delete the copy on your own device. For deletion requests, please be sure to submit a written request to hello@newmarbrokerage.comhello
@newmarbrokerage.com with the subject line “Deletion Request”. Aggregate analytics data sits with our analytics provider and is not linked to you. Newmar Brokerage, LLC
6. Your choices and requests
Florida’s comprehensive privacy law applies only to much larger businesses. We still honor requests to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, except records the law requires us to keep.
We honor these requests from anyone who asks. Email hello@newmarbrokerage.comhello
@newmarbrokerage.com or call (305) 517-1014(305) 517-1014 and we will respond within 45 days. We will do our best to fulfill your request digitally, but reserve the right to deliver a copy of the personal data in hard copy. Newmar Brokerage, LLC
We honor browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control.
Since we neither sell personal information nor use it for targeted advertising, such a signal has nothing to switch off here — but we recognize it.
If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If you are still unsatisfied, you can contact the Florida Attorney General’s office.
8. Children
This site is for real estate business and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is a significant one, we will say so on the site.
