About this property

This is the kind of home where the kitchen and backyard become the center of everything. The beautifully renovated open kitchen was made for gathering, with an oversized island, induction cooktop, wine cooler and stainless-steel appliances, all flowing into the main living area. There’s also a separate family room, giving you an extra place to relax, work, watch a game or simply spread out. Step outside and it’s easy to see why the backyard is such a favorite with guests: a private fenced setting with a heated saltwater pool (completed in 2024) and hot tub, plenty of room to lounge, entertain friends or enjoy a quiet evening by the water. And when you feel like leaving, the beach is only about a mile away. Offered fully furnished and turnkey, the home is equally appealing as a primary residence, second home or short-term rental investment. It also features impact windows and doors, a 2019 barrel roof, 2020 A/C, tankless water heater, updated electrical, electronic door lock, LED lighting and large-format Calacatta-style tile throughout. Renovated, comfortable and designed for the way people actually live in South Florida—inside and out.
