About this property

This single-story end-unit townhome in the Villas of Burwick at PGA National has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2,110 square feet, the largest floorplan in the community, with a 2013 metal roof, lake frontage and a two-car garage. The home was fully updated in 2023, including the kitchen and both baths, and the living room centers on a fireplace under vaulted ceilings. As the end unit, it has extra windows along the side, so natural light reaches most rooms. Out back, a screened deck sits right on the lake. The HOA covers lawn care, landscaping, irrigation and exterior painting for $325 a month, which keeps this a low maintenance home whether you live here full time or for the season. Public water and sewer and all-electric systems keep the day-to-day simple. Rentals are allowed with a 30-day minimum, subject to HOA and PGA-POA approval, with no subleasing. PGA National is home to the Champion Course and the Cognizant Classic, and no club membership is required to live here. An optional membership adds five championship golf courses, tennis, pickleball, fitness and the spa. The PGA National Resort is within walking distance, and Burwick Park sits right next door. PGA Blvd, The Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, I-95 and the Turnpike are all minutes from the gate, and the sand at Juno Beach is about 15 minutes east.
